A Public Service Announcement to All Potential Spin Instructors
If you must sing/shout along to the Christina Aguilera songs that you play during your spin class, please be so kind as to (1) actually know the words to the song and (2) refrain from slapping yourself on the ass during the chorus. It distracts your students.
